How long does shipping take?
It depends on the route and service. Road freight typically takes 3–5 days to neighbouring countries and 5–10 days across the SADC region, and air freight is available for urgent shipments (1–3 days). Your quote includes a specific timeframe.
How does the free China address work?
Create a free account and verify your email and phone. Your personal address at our Foshan warehouse then appears in your account. Use it as the delivery address when you buy from Chinese stores; we receive your parcels, combine them and ship them to Lusaka.
How do I track my shipment?
Enter your tracking number on our tracking page or log in to your account. We email you every time your shipment’s status changes, and send a text or WhatsApp message when it’s delivered.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. Customs clearance and documentation are part of our service, so your cargo is cleared before it is delivered or released for collection.
